Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend Jordon Hudson Clears Millions in Property Debts
Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick, has officially paid off millions of dollars in mortgage debt tied to three Massachusetts properties she purchased following the start of their relationship.
According to property records obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, May 23, Hudson settled the remaining mortgage balances on three homes acquired in 2023. The real estate moves were initially reported by In Touch.
Documents show that on January 24, Hudson had three mortgages formally discharged. The first home, bought in June 2023 for $2.3 million, had a $1.2 million mortgage. Later that year, she expanded her portfolio with two additional purchases in December: a multi-unit building for $3 million and another property for $2.2 million. Each of those carried its own $1.2 million mortgage. All three loans, totaling $3.6 million, have now been fully paid off.
In addition to those investments, Hudson purchased another Massachusetts property in October 2023 for $610,000, which is believed to be one of her primary residences. In total, her known real estate holdings are valued at around $8 million.
Hudson’s rise has been notable. A former cheerleader and student at Bridgewater State University, she is also the founder and CEO of Trouble Cub Enterprises and recently placed as runner-up in the 2024 Miss Maine USA pageant.
Her relationship with Belichick, 73, began generating public interest in 2023 after the coach’s split from longtime partner Linda Holliday. Reports later revealed that the couple first crossed paths on a flight to Palm Beach, Florida in 2021, two years before they began dating.
Their romance drew renewed attention in April after an appearance on CBS Mornings. During the interview, journalist Tony Dokoupil asked how they met. Hudson quickly shut down the question, saying it wasn’t a topic they would discuss. The moment sparked backlash online, prompting Belichick to release a statement defending her.
“She was not avoiding the question specifically,” Belichick explained. “Jordon was simply trying to keep the interview focused on its intended scope. We’ve always been open about meeting on a flight in 2021.”
CBS pushed back on Belichick’s version of events, issuing its own statement clarifying that there had been no restrictions on the interview. “Our agreement with Mr. Belichick was for a comprehensive conversation, with no topics off-limits,” a CBS spokesperson said. “This was confirmed both before and after the interview with his team.”
