Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has made it clear his future lies in Europe, and nowhere else.
According to La Repubblica, the Super Eagles star has rejected all approaches from outside the continent, no matter how massive the offer. Osimhen is reportedly demanding a salary of €15 million per season and has set his sights on a move to England.
With Antonio Conte opting to go forward with Romelu Lukaku at Napoli, Osimhen is now surplus to requirements, despite his contract running until 2026. The 25-year-old forward no longer features in the new manager’s plans and is actively exploring his next destination.
Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal is believed to have tabled a jaw-dropping offer, but Osimhen isn’t interested in a move to the Middle East. He still believes the Premier League is within reach and is holding out for the right opportunity.
Liverpool and Galatasaray are among the clubs monitoring his situation, but Al Hilal remains persistent in their pursuit, refusing to give up on the Nigerian marksman.
For Osimhen, the message is simple: it’s Europe or nothing.
