Nigeria’s Flying Eagles earned their first win of the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup with a hard-fought 3-2 triumph over Saudi Arabia in their second Group F clash in Chile. The result gives them a strong chance of reaching the Round of 16.
Nasiru Salihu set the tone early with a 10th-minute opener, but Saudi Arabia’s Amar Alyuhaybi drew level in the 21st minute. Nigeria restored their lead just before the break as Amos Ochoche struck in the 38th minute.
