The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Diaspora has further expanded its global leadership footprint with the official appointment of Olokigbe Tunde as the Ambassador for Hong Kong.
Following the recent appointment of Austin Akpehe in mainland China, this strategic move by the Office of the President of the NYCN Diaspora aims to harness the immense potential of the Nigerian youth community within the Hong Kong Metropolis. The appointment was formally confirmed and presented by Ambassador Collins Osazee Idahosa, President of NYCN Diaspora.

Ambassador Olokigbe Tunde brings a formidable pedigree in sports leadership and corporate entrepreneurship to the Council. As the Founder of Elite King Ltd (Hong Kong SAR) and Elite King Sports Ltd (Nigeria), Tunde has successfully navigated the high-stakes business environments of both Asia and West Africa.
His technical expertise in football is unparalleled in the region, currently serving as the Head of Technical Coach for the Hong Kong Football Club Women. His coaching legacy includes high-profile roles such as:
- Former Head Coach for Western Community at the Chelsea Soccer School (Hong Kong Branch).
- Head Coach at the prestigious Chinese International School Hong Kong.
