Ranchers Bees FC have adopted the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano as their new home ground for the 2026-27 Nigeria Premier Football League season.

The club confirmed the development on Wednesday, with the Sani Abacha Stadium set to serve as the venue for their home fixtures in the forthcoming NPFL campaign.

The stadium is also the home ground of fellow NPFL side Kano Pillars.

Ranchers Bees previously selected the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina as their adopted home venue. However, the club have now replaced the Katsina stadium with the Sani Abacha Stadium.

According to Ranchers Bees, the decision to change their adopted home ground was necessitated by uncontrollable circumstances.

The move means Kano will have three clubs competing in the NPFL during the 2026-27 season.

Kano Pillars, Barau FC and Ranchers Bees will all play their home matches in Kano, with Ranchers Bees now set to host their league opponents at the Sani Abacha Stadium.
