Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Vristhian Mosquera, Piero Hincapie and Ben White are all available for selection ahead of the Gunners’ Premier League trip to Brighton.
The reigning champions head into the clash against the Seagulls hoping to preserve their perfect start to the new campaign.
Arsenal are also targeting a 10th consecutive victory in all competitions before the upcoming international break.
The return of Mosquera, Hincapie and White represents a major boost for Arteta, with the defensive trio having missed Arsenal’s Carabao Cup victory over Ipswich Town.
Speaking about the fitness of Mosquera, Timber, White and Hincapie, Arteta said the players are doing well, although the team still has one more training session to complete before the Brighton fixture.
“Everyone is fine. We still have another training session this afternoon, but I’m very optimistic about all of them,” Arteta said.
The Arsenal boss added that the players are eager to feature against Brighton and will be assessed during the final training session before a decision is made on their involvement.
“They all want to be involved, and we’ll use the final session to make sure they’re ready,” he added.
